Black Friday Sale T&C 2025
The ELIYA THE LABEL Black Friday Sale runs from 9:00am AEDT on Tuesday 18 November 2025 until 11:59pm AEDT on Tuesday 2 December 2025.
We will not, under any circumstances, be able to honour the advertised sale price on a past order in the form of a refund or store credit, irrespective of how recently the order was placed. We are also unable to honour sale pricing after the promotion ends on Tuesday 2 December 2025. This promotion is strictly valid on new orders placed between the dates and times specified above.
Flash Offers
During the sale period, we may release limited-time flash offers (for example, an extra 10% off for 5 hours only). These offers are strictly valid for the specified time frame and cannot, under any circumstances, be applied to previous orders. We are unable to apply partial refunds if a discount code was not entered at the time of purchase during a flash sale offer.
Discount Codes
No additional discount codes or offers can be used in conjunction with our Black Friday Sale offers, including the $20 AUD sign-up voucher. The sign-up voucher is valid on full-priced items only.
Order Changes
Due to the fast-paced nature of Black Friday, orders cannot be cancelled, updated, or modified once submitted. This includes instances where a customer has forgotten to apply a flash-offer discount code.
Please ensure all order details are reviewed carefully at checkout. Eliya The Label is not responsible for any orders lost due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
RETURN POLICY
Black Friday Final Sale Items (ie: tagged with Final Sale/Outlet product banner)
- Items displaying a Final Sale/Outlet product banner and/or items requiring you to acknowledge the Final Sale terms prior to adding to cart are considered final sale. This means no returns, credits, or exchanges will be provided — including size exchanges. Please refer to our size guide prior to purchasing.
- Faulty Final Sale items with major manufacturing faults (i.e. a fault that deems the item unfit for purpose, such as a broken zipper) may be returned for a repair or a replacement in the same style and size. A refund will only be issued if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
- Final Sale items with minor fabric flaws or imperfections will not be repaired or replaced. These styles are discounted with the expectation that some minor imperfections may be present.
Full Priced Styles
- Full priced items purchased during our Black Friday Sale period with the 'SALE30' discount code applied at checkout (ie; 30% off) can be returned for a store credit or exchange only (no refunds) within 7 days of the delivery date.
- If full price items were purchased during our sale period at full price with no discount applied, our regular return policy will apply (ie; refunds, store credits and exchanges) within 7 days of delivery.
SHIPPING TIMES
- Our dispatch team will send your order as quickly as possible; however, due to the high volume of orders during Black Friday, we cannot guarantee our usual same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2pm AEDT.
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched. - Orders with Express or Same Day Delivery selected at checkout will be prioritised over Standard Delivery. If your order is time-sensitive, please ensure you select Express or Same Day Delivery.
- Please allow for potential delays with Australia Post and DHL Express once your order has been shipped, as this is an extremely busy period for all carriers. We are unable to refund orders that experience delivery delays or do not arrive in time.
