DELIVERY INFORMATION
*Transit Times: Delivery timeframes are an estimate only and start from when your package is marked as shipped. It does not include weekends or any custom procession delays.
Customs Charges: The prices within our store do not include overseas duties and taxes you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and vary based on your location. We recommend that you familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. ELIYA The Label does not cover the cost of customs duties and taxes that you may be required to pay.
Policies & Terms: To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
Refused packages: In the event where a parcel is not claimed or refused by the receiver over duties and taxes, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. In the event that your package is refused and returned to ELIYA The Label, any return costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from your store credit refund.
Signature on Delivery / Authority To Leave: To enhance the security of our deliveries and minimise the risk of theft or loss, ELIYA THE LABEL requires a signature on delivery for all packages, unless the customer explicitly authorises an Authority to Leave. Customers waive their right to request compensation or replacement for any package that may be stolen, lost, or damaged after it has been left at the designated delivery address. Please ensure your delivery address is safe and secure as ELIYA THE LABEL holds no liability for the security of packages once they have been left according to the customer's authorisation.
Same Day Despatch: Orders placed before 2pm AEST on any business day (Monday - Friday) will be despatched on the same day, unless during a busy sale period where your order may take some additional time to despatch. Any orders placed after 2pm AEST are shipped on the following business day. We do not despatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
Pre-Order Delivery: If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock styles, your delivery will not be arranged until ALL items are in stock. Please email info@eliyathelabel.com.au if you would like an alternative arrangement. We highly recommend placing a seperate order if any items from your order are urgent. Cancellation of pre-order items is strictly not accepted once your order has been placed. The expected delivery date on all pre-order styles is an estimate only, and is not considered a formal guarantee. For an unexpected delay in the delivery date which exceeds 10 business days, you will be notified via email and our customer care team will be more than happy to discuss your options.
Delivery Delays: During busy sale periods or new collection launches, your order may not always be delivered within the specified delivery timeframes. We are unable to provide compensation to customers for any unexpected delays with your delivery once the item has been despatched from our warehouse. These delays are out of the control of Eliya The Label. If you wish to seek compensation for any inconvenience caused, you may wish to contact the courier directly.
