ELIYA X MFW Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Eliya The Label Pty Ltd (“ELIYA”).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 9AM AEDT on 18 September 2026 and closes at 11.59PM AEDT on 5 October 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of ELIYA and their immediate family members, and any agencies or suppliers directly involved in the promotion.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must complete the official entry form with their required details during the Promotion Period. Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Prize
One winner will receive The ELIYA Experience, including:
- Two Gold Tickets to the ELIYA Melbourne Fashion Week runway;
- Return flights to Melbourne for the winner and one guest (if applicable);
- One night luxury stay of accommodation in Melbourne for the winner and one guest; and
- An ELIYA outfit for the winner + friend to wear to the show.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash or another person. Flights, accommodation and the ELIYA look are subject to availability.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The winner will be contacted via the email address and/or phone number provided at entry.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, or is found to be ineligible, ELIYA reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
8. Personal Information
Personal information collected through this promotion will be used to administer the promotion, contact the winner and fulfil the prize. Where an entrant separately consents to receive marketing communications from ELIYA, their information may also be used for marketing purposes. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
9. Melbourne Fashion Week
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or affiliated with Melbourne Fashion Week, except to the extent expressly authorised by Melbourne Fashion Week. Melbourne Fashion Week is not responsible for the administration or fulfilment of this promotion.
10. Instagram & Meta
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
11. General Conditions
ELIYA reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or who engages in fraudulent, misleading or improper conduct.
ELIYA may substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value where the advertised prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond ELIYA's reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
