ELIYA THE LABEL is an Australian fashion label and our dispatch facility is based in Melbourne. Duties and taxes are covered in our prices for selected international regions only. Please ensure you review our policy below to determine whether duties and taxes will be applicable for you upon delivery.

DELIVERY INFORMATION 

Transit Times: 
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence once your package is marked as shipped. These timeframes do not apply to remote or rural areas, which may take longer than deliveries to major metropolitan regions. Quoted transit times refer to business days only and exclude weekends, public holidays, and any customs processing delays.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Charges:
Duties and taxes are included in our prices for international customers in:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Ireland
- United Arab Emirates
- Saudi Arabia

For all other regions, duties and taxes are not included. Please consider any potential import taxes that may apply in your country, as these will be payable by you directly to DHL during the delivery process.


Refused packages: 

If a parcel is unclaimed or refused by the receiver due to duties or taxes, ELIYA THE LABEL reserves the right to determine the most appropriate outcome:

a) Return the parcel to ELIYA THE LABEL, issuing a store credit (not a refund) minus the original and return shipping costs, import fees, and taxes incurred.
b) Deliver the parcel to you with all customs fees paid by ELIYA THE LABEL. In this case, your order becomes strictly non-returnable and final sale.
c) Abandon or destroy the parcel as directed by customs authorities in your country. No refund, store credit, or replacement will be issued in this instance.

By refusing a package, you waive your rights under our standard Returns Policy.

Policies & Terms: 

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable merchandise. We are prohibited by law from marking any international order as a “gift,” even if it is intended as one.


Signature on Delivery / Authority To Leave: 

To enhance delivery security and reduce the risk of theft or loss, ELIYA THE LABEL requires a signature on delivery unless you explicitly authorise an Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout or to the courier.

If ATL is authorised, you waive your right to request compensation or a replacement for any order that is lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is safe and secure, as ELIYA THE LABEL accepts no liability once your order has been delivered in accordance with your instructions.


Same Day Dispatch: 

Orders placed before 2 PM AEST on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be prioritised for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. During promotional events or peak periods, slight delays may occur. Shipping fees are non-refundable in these instances.


Pre-Order Delivery: 

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your delivery will be dispatched once all items are available. If you need part of your order urgently, we recommend placing a separate order or contacting us at info@eliyathelabel.com.au to arrange an alternative.

Please note:

  • Cancellation of pre-order items is not accepted once your order has been placed.

  • All pre-order delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • If delivery is unexpectedly delayed by more than 10 business days, you will be notified by email, and our Customer Care team will assist you with options.


Delivery Delays: 

During busy sale events or new collection launches, delivery times may be extended. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, ELIYA THE LABEL is not responsible for courier delays, and we are unable to offer compensation for any inconvenience caused.

If you experience significant delays, we encourage you to contact the courier directly to resolve any issues.
