BLACK FRIDAY SALE
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The ELIYA THE LABEL Black Friday Sale runs between 11am AEST on Monday 20th November 2023 until 11:59pm AEST Monday 27th November 2023.
Sale prices are as marked and no further discount code is required during the sale. We will not under any circumstances be able to honour the advertised sale price on a past order in the form of a refund or store credit, irrespective of how recently your past order was placed. We also are unable to honour the sale price after the sale has ended on
Monday 27th November 2023. This promotion is strictly valid on new orders placed between the dates and times specified above.
- Offer applies to styles specifically in our Black Friday Sale Page here and excludes styles from our 'New Arrivals' collection (ie; Styles that belong to the Sõleada and La Fleur Collections are NOT included in the sale)
- Any other discount codes/offers cannot be used in conjunction with the Black Friday Sale Offer, including the $20 AUD sign up discount voucher. This voucher can only be used on full priced items only.
- Store Credits are accepted as a payment method during the Black Friday Sale.
- Due to the fast paced nature of a Black Friday Sale, orders strictly cannot be canceled, updated or modified once they are placed. Please ensure you check your order thoroughly prior to checking out to avoid disappointment. We will not be held liable for any packages that go missing due to an incomplete or incorrect address.
Black Friday Sale Items (ie; not marked with 'Final Sale'/Outlet'):
- Items that have been marked down in price but not tagged with 'Outlet' can be returned to ELIYA THE LABEL within 7 days of the delivery date for an exchange or store credit only.
- International customers are ineligible for exchange. Store credit only.
Black Friday Outlet Items (ie: are tagged with Final Sale/Outlet checkbox):
- Please be aware that Outlet items that require you to acknowledge the Final Sale terms and conditions before adding to cart are considered final sale.
- No returns, credits or exchanges will be provided - this includes size exchanges.
- Outlet items are heavily discounted and may contain minor fabric flaws and faults.
- Faulty Outlet Items with major manufacturing faults (i,e one that physically deems the item unfit for purpose, eg: a broken zipper) can be returned. When the damaged item is in stock and can be replaced with a new item, we will replace the item for you. You will only be eligible for a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced for you.
- Our despatch facility will ensure your package is sent out to you as quickly as possible, however we do not guarantee our usual same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm AEST, given the volume of orders that we will be processing during this busy sale period.
- Please allow for some delays in delivery by our carriers Australia Post and DHL Express given how busy this time of year is for all retailers and couriers.
- We will prioritise processing orders that have selected Express Delivery at checkout over those who have chosen Standard delivery.
- We recommend choosing Express Delivery at checkout and advise you to allow for extra time in delivery. We will not be able to refund you if your order does not arrive in time.
