Online Archive Sale Terms & Conditions
The ELIYA THE LABEL Online Archive Sale runs from 10:00am AEST on Monday 15 June 2026 until 11:59pm AEST on Monday 22 June 2026.
We will not, under any circumstance, be able to honour the advertised sale price on a past order in the form of a refund or store credit, irrespective of how recently the order was placed. We are also unable to honour sale pricing after the promotion ends on 22 June 2026. This promotion is strictly valid on new orders placed between the dates and times specified above.
Discount Codes
No additional discount codes or offers can be used in conjunction with the Online Archive Sale, including the $20 AUD sign-up voucher. The sign-up voucher is valid on full-priced items only.
Order Changes
Due to the high volume of orders expected during the Online Archive Sale, orders cannot be cancelled, updated, or modified once submitted.
Please ensure all order details are reviewed carefully at checkout. Eliya The Label is not responsible for any orders lost due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
RETURN POLICY
All items purchased as part of the Online Archive Sale are considered Final Sale. No returns, refunds, store credits, or exchanges will be accepted, including for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or delayed delivery.

Archive Sale Stock Condition
Items available within the Online Archive Sale have been transferred directly from our Melbourne Archive Sale event.
As a result of handling, transportation, fitting room use, display, and storage throughout the Archive Sale event, some garments may present with minor imperfections. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Minor marks or blemishes
- Loose threads
- Minor fabric wear
- Missing swing tags
- Damaged or imperfect packaging
- Other minor cosmetic imperfections
These imperfections are reflected in the heavily reduced sale pricing and do not constitute a manufacturing fault. As such, they are not grounds for a return, exchange, store credit, repair, or refund.
Faulty Items
Items with a major manufacturing fault that renders the garment unfit for purpose may be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Minor imperfections, marks, signs of handling, missing tags, or cosmetic flaws associated with Archive Sale stock will not be considered faults.
SHIPPING TIMES
Our dispatch team will send your order as quickly as possible; however, due to the high volume of orders during the Online Archive Sale, we cannot guarantee our usual same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2pm AEST.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched.
Orders with Express Shipping selected at checkout will be prioritised over Standard Shipping where possible.
Please allow for potential delays with Australia Post and DHL Express once your order has been shipped. We are unable to refund orders that experience delivery delays or do not arrive in time for a particular event or occasion.
